Your Mission as CMO
1. Build a High-Performance Marketing Department
Lead, coach, and develop 10+ team members across:
● Performance marketing
● Direct response
● Content & YouTube
● Event marketing
● Partnerships
● Automation & funnel ops
You will:
● Raise the standard of thinking and execution
● Clarify roles and remove overlap
● Build leaders underneath you
● Create a performance culture
● Hold people accountable to outcomes
Your success is measured by the quality of leaders you build.
2. Own Revenue Outcomes (Through People)
You are accountable for:
● Lead volume
● Cost efficiency
● ROAS and CAC discipline
● Revenue contribution
● Event fill rates
● Strategic alignment with Sales
You must bring direct response marketing mastery and deep understanding of:
● Offer positioning
● Funnel optimisation
● Conversion psychology
● Performance creative
● Scaling paid traffic (Meta, YouTube primarily)
You can zoom into the numbers when required — but you build systems so you don’t live there.
3. Bridge Online + Offline Growth
We do not operate in a single-channel business.
You will integrate:
● Meta performance marketing
● YouTube growth and authority positioning
● In-person events & summits
● Strategic partnerships
● Affiliate channels
● International expansion campaigns
You understand how to fill rooms — not just pipelines.
You know how to turn events into content.
Content into authority.
Authority into leads.
Leads into revenue.
4. Set Standards & Systems
● Establish execution rhythm
● Implement reporting cadence
● Create SOPs and scorecards
● Remove low-impact activity
● Act as final quality control on messaging
● Ensure clarity across international teams

Base Salary: $200,000–$250,000
