to solve a critical gap. Residential builders knew how to build homes, but they were never
taught how to build exceptional businesses.

We built the system to change that.

Our Hiring Process and Timeline

Send Your Application

Submit your application via our website and read the job ad carefully. Make sure you complete all requested info.

Pre-Screening

We review applications and video submissions fore about 7 – 14 days to check role alignment and standards fit.

Screening and Video Call

Meet with our P&P Coordinator. We’ll chat about your background, how you communicate, and see your alignment with TPB standards.

Initial Interview

Meet with the hiring manager for your role. This stage evaluates capability, expectations, and performance fit. We will then take 7 – 14 days to deliberate.

Role Play or Trial Task

Depending on the role, you will be asked to complete a structured role play or trial task in advance. Details will be provided via email if you progress.

Final Interview

Meet with Heads of Department and/or the Director or CEO. Final alignment and role play or trial task presentation. Following a 7 day deliberation period. Successful candidates will receive a formal offer and contract.
